## Scoring

FakkScores run from 0 through 10. Five is reserved for resolved calls whose
outcome remains genuinely questionable. Unresolved predictions have no score.
Ordinary correct and incorrect calls remain near the center. Extreme scores
are rare and consider how difficult or improbable the prediction was when made,
not merely whether the outcome happened.

## Editorial character

FakkCheck is deliberately funny and irreverent, but its underlying evidence,
citations, conservative scoring, appeals, and ombudsman process are intended to
be serious and transparent.
